Any expenses other than those listed in [Included] are not included, for example: (1) Personal travel insurance is not included (purchasing it yourself is recommended), nor is transportation to and from the departure point (allow ample time); (2) Optional sightseeing programs and in-scenic-area shuttle transport are not included, such as: Fengdu Ghost City downhill one-way cable car CNY 20/person (replaced by electric shuttle during cable car suspension); Three Gorges Dam scenic area electric shuttle CNY 10/person, headset CNY 20/person; (3) Personal expenses are not included, such as: upgrading decks, cabin types, executive lounge, VIP restaurant, alcoholic drinks, laundry, massage, KTV, chess and card entertainment, gratuities, etc.

Cancellation policy

Refund rules: For individual domestic guest orders on non-holiday and non-chartered special sailings, if the order is canceled for reasons attributable to the tourist, the fee deduction standards are as follows: 15 days or more before the itinerary starts, 10% of the total order amount is charged; 14 to 7 days before the itinerary starts, 30% of the total order amount is charged; 6 to 4 days before the itinerary starts, 50% of the total order amount is charged; 3 to 0 days before the itinerary starts, 100% of the total order amount is charged. Rebooking rules: 1. For non-holiday and non-chartered special sailings, passengers may process rebooking to the next sailing 15 days (not including) before departure, but it will not be processed when the cabin is full; when rebooking to the next sailing, if the price of the next sailing is higher than the original sailing, the next sailing's price applies and the difference must be paid; when rebooking to the next sailing, if the price of the next sailing is lower than the original sailing, the difference will not be refunded; 2. Rebooking will no longer be processed within 15 days before departure; 3. Rebooking is limited to one time only, and the rebooking fee is 10% of the order amount. If the guest does not board after the change, it will be treated as void according to the date before the change. Special notes: 1. The "day" mentioned above refers to a calendar day, based on Beijing time; 2. The ticket is valid only for the sailing on the same day, becomes invalid after expiry, and no refund will be given; 3. For special sailings such as holidays, charters, groups, and non-Chongqing-Yichang routes, as well as for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan compatriots and foreign guests, in principle no refund or change is allowed; if a refund or change is truly necessary, supporting documents must be provided and the actual application result of the cruise company shall prevail; 4. Definition of holiday sailings: the itinerary is partly or wholly within the period of national statutory holidays or major local festivals (including 1 day before and after), among which Spring Festival sailings include New Year's Eve through the 15th day of the first lunar month; 5. If an order is canceled due to force majeure or events that the cruise company cannot avoid despite having exercised reasonable care, it is not the responsibility of the cruise company and the booking center. Such events include, but are not limited to, matters concerning cruise safety, flooding of the cruise ship or failure or damage of the hull, mechanical parts, and fixed components (situations that the carrier could not foresee or avoid after customary and comprehensive mechanical inspections), port congestion and blockage, or other situations beyond the carrier's control.
