When can the specific boarding pier be confirmed?
The pier may be affected by water levels and port scheduling. Staff will send the final meeting point, time, and contact person before departure; please refer to the latest notice.
How far in advance should I arrive at the boarding pier?
It is recommended to arrive as required by the travel notice and allow extra time for city traffic, baggage collection, and security checks. Do not work backward from the cruise ship's departure time to determine your arrival time.
Can I still board if I arrive after the boarding time stated in the notice?
Cannot be guaranteed. The cruise ship must complete formalities and depart according to the port schedule. If you expect to be late, please contact your travel advisor immediately and do not proceed to the next port on your own.
